Do you have a pulse on which classes students struggle with the most, which professors consistently fall short, and what students are really asking for in terms of academic support? If so, Stem Solvers wants you on our team as an Academic Insights Consultant.

In this project-based role, you’ll use your firsthand knowledge to provide us with critical insights that will shape our tutoring services. Your work will directly impact how we tailor our offerings to meet the needs of your school, and you’ll be compensated for the value and accuracy of the reports you deliver.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather detailed information on the most challenging courses at your school and identify why students struggle with them.

• Pinpoint professors who consistently receive poor feedback and provide insights on why their teaching methods are ineffective.

• Investigate which tutoring services are popular at your school, why students gravitate toward them, and where there’s room for improvement.

• Identify common academic complaints among students—whether it’s a lack of support in specific subjects, inadequate resources, or anything else that impacts their academic success.

• Complete comprehensive reports based on your findings, answering a set of specific

Current Student:

• You’re actively enrolled at one of the schools Stem Solvers serves (e.g., Dawson, Vanier, Champlain, McGill, Concordia) and have a strong understanding of the academic landscape.

• You know what’s happening at your school. You’re aware of which classes are giving students the most trouble, which professors are falling short, and what academic support services are in demand.

Analytical & Detail-Oriented:

• You can gather, analyze, and report on academic trends, providing detailed and accurate insights that help us tailor our services to meet students' needs.
